A human decides
A message to a customer, money, a hire, a production deploy happen only after a human approves. This is not a setting but how the platform is built.
Your data stays with you
Model keys, channel conversations and agent memory stay on your machine. The platform in the cloud sees tasks and statuses, and the region never changes.
Built on our own business
Every team in the catalog works for us first, in a taxi and delivery marketplace in four countries, and only then reaches customers.
No telemetry
The agent sends us no usage data. What reaches the cloud is up to you.
