By registering a HolyCode ID and ticking the separate box for consent to the processing of personal data, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest, give the operator named below your consent to process your personal data on the terms of this document. The consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous. It is given separately from the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, as required by Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
1. Who gives consent
Consent is given by the user — the individual who creates a HolyCode ID account at id.holycode.org, including through an external Apple, Google, GitHub, Yandex ID or Telegram account. The consent covers the user’s own data.
2. Operator
The personal data operator is HolyCode, which runs the website holycode.org, the single sign-in at id.holycode.org and the HolyChat, HolyAgent and HolyBuild services.
Operator name and address: [operator details — to be completed].
Contact for personal data matters: admin@holycode.org.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to:
- create and maintain your HolyCode ID account;
- let you sign in to HolyChat, HolyAgent and HolyBuild;
- create and run a mailbox in a HolyCode domain, if you set one up;
- keep your account secure and protect the services from abuse;
- contact you about your account.
4. Data processed
- first name and last name;
- e-mail address, including the address of a mailbox in a HolyCode domain, if you set one up;
- data of the external account you used to confirm your identity (Apple, Google, GitHub, Yandex ID, Telegram): your user ID with that provider, name, e-mail address and avatar — to the extent the provider shares them;
- phone number, if you provided one;
- sign-in details: password hash, passkey public keys, two-factor settings;
- technical data: IP address and browser and device information in the security log (sign-ins, failed attempts, two-factor challenges), and the strictly necessary cookies listed in the Privacy Policy (holycode.org/en/privacy/).
5. What is done with the data
The following actions are performed with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, deletion and destruction.
Transfer (provision) — only to parties the operator engages to process data on its behalf and without whom the services cannot work: those who host the operator’s infrastructure and deliver its e-mail, under data-processing agreements. Names and addresses of these parties: [list of processors — to be completed].
The data is not disseminated, that is, not disclosed to an indefinite range of persons.
6. Method of processing
Processing is automated — carried out using automation tools.
7. Duration and withdrawal of consent
The consent is valid from the day you register a HolyCode ID until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
You can withdraw consent at any time:
- write to admin@holycode.org;
- or delete your account in your profile at id.holycode.org/me.
HolyCode ID cannot work without this data, so after you withdraw consent we will not be able to keep running your account. After withdrawal or account deletion, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Version of the consent
This is the version of the consent dated 2 October 2026 (version identifier 2026-10-02). When you register, we record which version you accepted and when. If the terms of processing change, we will publish a new version on this page and ask for your consent to it.
How we handle data in general is described in the Privacy Policy: holycode.org/en/privacy/.
